Below is the email I sent to the group attending FD

Thank you for your patience on getting this out! I have returned from Texas and am ready to get everything in order! There is a lot to make sure all goes off without a hitch. Please at least glance over each of the numbered points to make sure you have accounted for and planned what is needed.

1. We will be bringing only two teams. A 6th/7th team and a 7th/8th team.
If you are receiving this email it means your player is on one of those two teams. We will post the teams within the next few days. Since we will all be going and leaving at the same time, this isn't as urgent of information than below!

2. Tournament Waiver
The FD Waiver is attached. Instructions to help fill out the waiver:
On the front you can leave the following fields blank:
Student id #
Year in School
Fill in:
In student of: WRITE YOUR SCHOOL
What sport do you participate in: WRITE FALL DRIZZLE
On the back:
Sport: WRITE FALL DRIZZLE ULTIMATE TOURNAMENT
Leave Student ID #, local phone, and local address blank.

3. Payment
Please make sure to either mail, hand to, or bring on Sunday: 15$ Checks made out to Alyssa Weatherford.
For mailing, please mail by Thursday to:
Shannon O'Malley, 11617 16th ave S, Seattle, Wa 98168

4. Carpools:
The following families have offered to drive carpools, please communicate with any of these families to find your player a ride. The number to the right of the email indicated the number of available seats. If you need help communicating or finding a ride, please let me know.
[SEE EMAIL FOR ACTUAL EMAIL ADDRESSES or EMAIL SHANNON]

5. Directions and Timing:
It will take roughly 1hr and 15min to get to the park. We will be playing on the south field site, with baseball diamonds on it. Not the north soccer field site.

Skagit River Park in Burlington, Wa

6. Schedule - to be out later this week.

7. Dress and to Bring:
Dress accordingly, bring rain gear, warm and cold weather gear, your jersey, water bottles, and a change of clothes to leave in the car for the ride home (in case it rains!)
Bring your volunteer item, either a snack or drink. A serving size of 20 for 1 game is all that is needed.

Please let me know if you have any questions!
Shannon
